Spend a peaceful hour on our quiet farm connecting with a horse in a way that calms your mind and nourishes your spirit. Horses are incredibly intuitive animals. Research shows their heart rhythms can sync with ours, helping bring the nervous system into balance. This is called heart rate variability coherence, and it explains why so many people feel peaceful in the presence of horses. We’ll begin by meeting all of the horses on the farm. You’ll have time to observe and feel into which one you’re most drawn to. Once you’ve chosen, you’ll enjoy a gentle one on one connection session that may include brushing, petting, hugging, and simply being present. This isn’t a riding experience. It’s about slowing down and forming a quiet bond with a grounded, sensitive animal. Whether you’re seeking relaxation, emotional reset, or just a break from daily life, this session offers a moment of stillness and connection with nature.
